Bright Into Fall

It's still summer and it's still hot and I'm milking that for all it's worth.  That means wearing as much white, bright and neon as I can before I start getting weird looks (though, thankfully, the fall color palette is full of brights so I'll be able to carry a lot of my items over).

When I was getting dressed this morning I wanted to wear a printed blouse with my off-white skirt and then I realized I had a meeting in the afternoon---so I added a blazer in a bright color to balance it all out.
