OOTD: Target Dress #2

This is a total post and run as I'm heading out to the BRITNEY SPEARS CONCERT (!!!!!!!) but here is dress #2, by Xiliration at Target. It retails for $19.99:

Shoes- Me Too @ DSW
Key Necklace- Forever 21

I just love the detail at the bust on this dress, kind of makes it feel more special than a simple cotton dress with no detailing.  What do you think!?
